After nearly two years of legal disputes, the demolition of Sumner's historic Ryan House began on Thursday, and the efforts will continue until Saturday.

The Ryan House, a 160-year-old historic home in Sumner, is being demolished due to extensive damage. The site will be turned into a park by the city.
